Processing & Shipping

Pre-orders have an estimated turnaround time of 1–3 weeks, depending on the vendor. This is an estimate, and occasional vendor delays may occur.

Discounts & Promotions

Pre-orders are not eligible for coupon codes, promotional discounts, or additional offers. Any discounts mistakenly applied at checkout may require an additional payment or cancellation of the order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order. Once a pre-order has been submitted to the vendor, cancellations are not be possible.
